Transformative Innovations

Resourceful, smart and opinionated – these traits describe millennial students. How can schools keep up with the sophisticated needs of today's learners? The answer lies with AudioVisual and Experiential Communications. Collaborative pods allow students to participate in class discussions at their respective workstations. Simulation environments prepare learners in skill-intensive industries for real-life scenarios and critical missions.

InfoComm Middle East & Africa 2017

This December, explore the latest technologies that can help you rethink teaching approaches. Over 100 exhibiting companies from more than 20 countries are set to showcase on the exhibition floor – get to see the brainchildren of brands such as Advantech, Evoko, Extron Electronics and Qbic Technology. Among the over 100 names, many are first-time exhibitors who will bring new surprises to the show. There will also be a vast array of solutions making their first appearances in the region via InfoComm Middle East & Africa.

Read on and discover how InfoComm Middle East & Africa exhibitor WolfVision and its solutions have helped its client to modernize the learning process.

University of Oslo Goes Wireless to Transform the Teaching and Learning Experience

Wanting to digitize its learning resources, the Faculty of Law at the University of Oslo chose to install WolfVision's collaboration systems to record lectures for online, on-demand usage. Each installation comprises a Cynap unit, visualizer, room management system, and a desktop PC. HDMI and USB devices are connected via a switch, and with this setup users can use Cynap's annotation, whiteboard, and moderator features during presentations and lectures when required. As Cynap also boasts multi-functional capabilities, such as wireless BYOD screen mirroring without the need for apps and dongles, media player, and streaming for example, students and professors alike can use their mobile devices to access digital materials wherever they are.
